Aluberg believes that sustainable business begins with people. We support our employees through continuous training, safety programs and policies that promote inclusivity. In 2025, this commitment led to the implementation and certification of our Gender Equality and Inclusion Management System (UNI/PdR 125). Some of our efforts:
  • Comprehensive safety and skills training for employees.
  • Maintaining 100% compliance with collective labor agreements.
ESG COMPLIANCE
We are fully committed to complying with regulations and international standards through:
  • Certifications and Quality Standards: Compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and other relevant regulations.
  • Emissions: Annual monitoring of our emissions (Scope 1 + 2 + 3) and validation of our reduction target by SBTIs.
  • Ethics and Governance: Adherence to the UN Global Compact, the Code of Ethics, the Code of Conduct, and the Corporate policies on transparency and integrity.
  • ESG Performance Monitoring: Detailed reporting through the Sustainability Report and assessment tools such as EcoVadis and CDP.
  • Supply Chain: we are implementing a monitoring system for the environmental and social performances of our supply chain.

In 2025, we decided to join the United Nations Global Compact, the world’s largest corporate sustainability initiative, established to guide companies in integrating sustainability into their strategies and operations, in line with the United Nations 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development.
